Oops.
I removed it to keep people from cvs-up'ing to the bad code; you could
have used release-21-4 (which currently is r21-4-7 with your original
patch reverted). Don't worry about it, I'm sure the patch against
r21-4-6 will apply fine.
There was an announcement about withdrawing the release, but seems to
have ended up in a black hole, I just tried again.
