Does your path include site-packages/foo/lisp,
site-packages/bar/lisp,
or is it site-packages/lisp/foo and site-packages/lisp/bar?
When I posted I had misread what you wrote. I've since tested and can
now say that XEmacs 21.4 _does_ support both site-packages/lisp/foo
and site-packages/foo/lisp.
I only checked the lisp directory, didn't look at any other package
directory such as etc, man, info, pkginfo.
