Sorry, I agree that pdump should be the default on Windows, especially
given that the non-pdump-dumper is non-reliable.
I should have made it clear I was referring only to Unix platforms.
And Windows doesn't have the `separate dump file' inconvenience
problem, if I understand correctly.
I assume pdump is currently the default on Windows in 21.2. If that
is the case, I am arguing for the status quo (I've been doing that a
lot lately!)
