Perhaps there could be a mechanism by which xemacs
requests license
flexibility for each bit of the manual text it wants to
use; if the FSF
gave timely responses to such request, it might be only a minor
inconvenience. [I have no idea what exactly is
acceptable to the FSF
but ...]
Richard, under what circumstances would you accept or refuse such a request?
