RE: Problem dumping 21.2.37 under cygwin 1.1.4 NT4 SP6

This undoes my unexcw.c change. From discussions I'm not sure whether this is at fault or cygwin itself. To re-enable the old behaviour (which allows you to debug with gdb 5.0) define BROKEN_GDB.
