Sigh. O.K. I goofed in the original rename. Best to correct it now,
I suppose. As of pre4 (which will come out tonight or Tuesday) the
PSGML attic in the core will have a minus sign in this directory name
instead of an equals sign. If this goes anything like last time, many
folks will bomb out on `cvs update'.
Is there a reason why we would want ISO_8879=1986 instead of
ISO_8879-1986?
Only because that was how I originally renamed it in the XEmacs core
CVS Attic. Adhering to a standards document is much more important so
I'll make the change.
