Norbert and Robert Fenk are the authorities here, but I don't see why
not.
In the meantime, you can check out the vm sources with the -r vm-7_26
tag.
The latest officially released package is 7.22 which should work as well
if the CVS co doesn't work as expected. All later changes are in
pre-release.
