Dear Bug Team!
A few days ago I noticed that the buffer tabs are not visible anymore
in 21.4.14. I also noticed that the "set", "save" and "done"
buttons
are missing from customize. Everything is well in 21.5 so there seems
to have been some recent change to 21.4 that has caused this.
