Send it upstream. Oh, it already is. This is "let's redefine an
existing mode without obsoleting it" brain-damage, so we really have
pay attention to what Lennart does.
There is almost certainly other lossage from mixing and matching code
this way; we're just lucky that this causes a noticable error.
Probably if we look in html-mode, we'll find a naked require of
sgml-mode. We probably don't need the require as the needed functions
should be autoloaded. Or we can convert it to a require that mentions
psgml. Or we can deprecate sgml-mode, and not include it in SUMOs.
