They've been moved from the core to the tm package, and have been
there two months now.
That was my first thought. I looked there. I must be blind. I
have
tm-1.12-pkg.tar.gz, the latest I can find in the
xemacs-21.0/packages/binary-packages directory.
It is now up to tm-1.15.
That doesn't look like the right directory. XEmacs 21 packages are
located in
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/packages/
and I see a `tm-1.15-pkg.tar.gz' there.
