Typo. I meant suppose that a package requires another package (not
only one feature of this package) with a particular specification, hence it
would be nice to have something similar to you require-package-feature, but
for the whole package itself:
(require-package baz <baz specification>)
which, according to what you said, would give an error if I happen to have a
use-package call for baz but with another baz specification.
