explaining why you _don't_ have a buffer called "-something", and how
to get it if you really want it.
Note: I just realized that the "--" syntax is not helpful on the
XEmacs command line, as you cannot do the following any more:
xemacs -something -f turn--something-into-something-more-useful
as both
xemacs -- -something -f turn--something-into-something-more-useful
xemacs -f turn--something-into-something-more-useful -- -something
are obviously incorrect. ;-)
We really need an "escape-once" flag, something like --file=-something,
here.
