That XEmacs build is from FC3. XEmacs was moved to Fedora Extras in
FC4; before trying anything else I'd suggest enabling the FE
repositories in /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-extras.repo, and "yum update"ing
to the latest FC4 XEmacs build, 21.4.17-3.
