I still cannot use cygwin ftp.exe from a native Windows XEmacs
21.1.14:

My patch in message <3B09B5A4.CEB137E7(a)tardis.ed.ac.uk> should fix that
particular problem.
That's why I have moved my cygwin ftp.exe out of the way and use
C:\WinNT\system32\ftp.exe instead.
I see a different problem using Windows ftp.exe with efs package 1.22 on
Windows 98se. Are you using efs package 1.22 or 1.25?
