Volkers solution handles the problem within code and therefore is the
correct way using that code part.
I just compared a working reference ps-output, generated from a gnu-emacs
ps-print.el (3.05) with the not-working from (3.05x1). The reference output
skipped that part at all, which then was 'my' solution.
