xemacs issue

        Hi,

I am running xemacs 21.1.14 on Solaris 8 and I am experiencing the following problem.

1) I edit a file and move to some location within it, not the beginning.

2) I return to the directory, but I do not kill the buffer.

3) I re-enter the file (buffer) and I am pointing to the beginning of the file.

The previous version of xemacs I used, would return to the last point position in the file
with no problem.

Any advice would be helpful.
