This works fine in (emacs-version) "XEmacs 21.0 \"Pyrenean-pre8\"
[Lucid] (i386-pc-win32) of Mon Nov 30 1998 on DARTER2"
natively built on WindowsNT4sp3.
The M-x isn't even necessary.
Just
Alt RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT UP UP
brings me to
Options->Save Options
Pressing Alt again cancels the action.
Hmmh, what again were mice for? :-)
