Hi Didier,
this version has worked well for me for a number of patches now.
I am using
'(patcher-default-change-logs-appearance "cvs -q diff -U 0 %f")
now.

I have not played with these yet.
Two issues remain, but those have been present forever:
'(patcher-keep-source-files nil)
does not kill buffers after sending the patch.
ChangeLog additions are sometimes inserted multiple times.
I'll investigate those one day.
It would be good to get this patcher version into a package soon,
since it's definitely an improvement.
