* gutter-items.el (build-buffers-tab-internal): add selected field
to buffers tab spec.
* glyphs.c (update_subwindow): increase hash depth so that widget
items get picked up properly.
* redisplay-output.c (compare_runes): increase hash depth so that
widget items get picked up properly.
