The toolbar icons are part of the "Sun" package.
Isn't that obvious? ;-)
Try installing that package and see if your trouble goes
away. Some of the stuff got split up into packages in sort
of weird ways... I consider this one a packaging bug.

time the toolbars were part of Sun's professional development
environment, or something like that.
Yes that fixed it, on both the Sun and Linux boxes. I must say I
would never have thought to install the "Sun: Support for
SPARCworks" package to get GUD to work under Linux. Is there a
"bug list" this can be added to? It seems that either the debug
package should depend on the Sun package, or that the
icons/toolbar be broken out into a separate package that both the
Sun and debug packages depend on.
