A very few have, but mostly not. Let me also add the following mostly
implemented stuff I've got lying around:
(1) A workspace with native bindings to libcurl and neon.
(2) A workspace with libffi bindings (courtesy of Steve Youngs; I've
done none of the implementation).
I plan to publish both as Mercurial branches in the near future
(within two weeks). The issue with (1) is that it's in the same state
as Xft: it works, but there is little documentation and fewer examples
of practical application. (2) is ready to go but of course it's not
cross-platform (works only with GCC, and I don't know if it even works
on Cygwin).
