XEmacs 21.4.7 "Economic Science" is withdrawn.

"Economic Science" is the seventh in the OXYMORON series.
Due to a bug in a patch applied to the process code, under some
conditions "Economic Science" does not receive input from
subprocesses.
The release is being withdrawn. The tarballs have been made
unreadable, and the CVS tag r21-4-7 has been deleted.
If you build from tarballs, you are encouraged to get

revert the patch, and rebuild. The problematic patch has been
reverted in CVS, and CVS users are encouraged to update -r
release-21-4 and rebuild.
XEmacs 21.4.8 will be released on 2002-05-09, midday Japan time.
You should update to 21.4.8 on release, as the patch did close a race
condition in the process code.
