xemacs 21.5.28 autoconf version and berkdb check

The configure script in the xemacs-21.5.28 distribution is generated with autoconf 2.61, but the comments at the top of the script mention that autoconf 2.59 is mandatory. I seem to recall that there were some incompatibilities with autoconf 2.61 initially, but that they were solved at some point before 21.5.28 was released, so I guess the comment is outdated?
