i got this sorted
i installed mule-ucs and latin-unity builds fine now
i was going to do a package pre-release do you want me to include this
new version of latin-unity ??

just a question about mule-ucs is there a way to configure xemacs so
mule-ucs doesnt get loaded when i run 21.5 or is this unnecessary ??
