Please don't send discussion of this nature to xemacs-patches. We
would like to have a 'bot to filter it, but it's a bit complex because
xemacs-patches is also the channel for admin APPROVAL and VETO. So
for now we impose on the posters to clean their headers.

Yes, please. Two separate ways to deal with the issue, appropriate
for different branches.
