No. It's undoubtedly due to Ben cleaning up the packages system, see
his patches around 2003-03-09. I assumed his patches were working
since nobody complained.
Take latin-unity out of prereleases and I'll try to get to it soon.
It has other known breakage anyway.
I can't really promise a deadline, unfortunately, as my ISP is being
flakier than usual.
