Build error - XEmacs 21.5.7

Hi, I just downloaded the beta of Xemacs 21.5.7 and tried building on NT 4.0 using MSVC++ 6.0. I get an error when temacs.exe is getting dumped into xemacs.exe. It throws up an error dialog box with the following contents: "The procedure entry point GetLongPathNameW culd not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" On the console, the error message is as follows: ------------------ ERROR MESSAGE BEGIN ---------------- WARNING: Compiling without dependency information.
