For XEmacs, every package has a PACKAGE-bugs(a)xemacs.org mail alias.
Yes, but if that points to a list that noone reads, it's not of much
use, is it? I didn't want to mail to w3-bugs(a)xemacs.org (or something
like it) precisely because I have no idea where that alias points to
and whether anyone maintains the very alias!

I use w3 rarely because it's not up to browsing today's websites.
That is not a problem for me. I needed it to test some stuff
(htmlize), and it can still be useful as a means of coding interactive
things within XEmacs itself.
It doesn't do a good job at rendering
http://www.xemacs.org/
either
:-(
Maybe
www.xemacs.org should be fixed. :-)
