Re: MSVC compilation trouble / optlibs

I tried to export the patch from my workspace but first I merged in the latest changes from the trunk. Don't know if that was a bad idea or not but when I then exported the tip it didn't include what I was hoping for. So I must go back to the workspace at work again before I can provide that patch for you. I did find the a version of the patch that I have posted earlier. It documents what libs I can't use because of different build issues, like missing symbols and such linkage problems. (Yes, it is on my todo list to report and fix this but at the moment the GPLv3|L8R conversion has higher priority.)
