Build procedure for binary kits
Jason,
you mentioned that were working on a procedure to do binary kits for
the 21.x releases. How much will the build procedure chance compared
the last build (20.4)?
I would like do distribute the XEmacs 21.0.67 internally and do not
want to rebuild on every machine (since there might be no C
compiler).
