list a couple years ago; I think Mike cut them way back at some point.
I agree that it's nice to have them, but there should be some way to
make that lazy evaluation.
Even then, an xlsfonts of my 12K fonts takes 0.36s. make-bold-font
takes 1s. It's not a lazy evaluation we need, it's a decent one.
Anyway, I'll keep working on it tonight.
