The backtrace looks bizarre. What does a stacktrace give you? It has to be
a widget problem but I don't see why. Why has the infinite spin gone away?
Please try configuring with full error checking and without workshop
support. If this doesn't work try turning off widget support. Can you try
something other than gcc 2.95?
