The last time I looked at it was around 21.2.28 I think it was.
I had problems with long file names in native win32 builds prior to 21.1.9
when I put an XEmacs shortcut in the "Send To" folder so I could open
files by right clicking and selecting Send To -> XEmacs. The buffer would
come up with the 8+3 file name. This seems to have bee fixed in the 2.1.9
native win32 build. I'm not sure about the 21.2.x line. BTW, I've
installed the win32 version of the 2.1.13 netinstall build but haven't
tried to run it yet.
