Martin v. Loewis (one of the core Python developers and significant
contributors to Python's new Roundup-based tracker) seems to think that
starting with vanilla Roundup should work just fine (*). (Of
course Stephen may not like how things are presented, but that's all pretty
easily tweakable.)
