I tried to build the XEmacs packages and couldn't because the package
tramp requires Texinfo 4.2. I believe the only issue is the appearance
of "@copy" tags which are not supported in Texinfo 4.1.
If the "@copy" tag can't be conditionalized, why not just remove it
until updates to the various distros catch up to Texinfo 4.2.
