This is the issue I replied to yesterday.
Probably all Linux users are going to be bitten by this. This is BAD.
The fix is to set
'(efs-ftp-program-args (quote ("-i" "-n" "-g"
"-v" "-u")))
The reason is that ftp client has been changed (kerberized, I think).
