The problem is that I cannot print from XEmacs! When I try
pretty-print from
the menu it complains that lpr is not a command and does nothing. Looking
through the archives of xemacs-nt it seems that there is no native printing
support. Can someone tell me what is the good of having XEmacs on NT if it
is not possible to print? Or maybe there is a workaround that I have missed
by not being a member of any of the mailing lists. I have searched through
xemacs-beta but there seems to be no mention of this.
You will need to set lpr-command and lpr-switches to something
suitable, i.e. a program which accepts PostScript on stdin and prints
it. If you don't have a PostScript printer, then you will need a
PostScript interpreter such as ghostscript.
