Please do. They will pay more attention to users than to us, in
general. That's what they are there for.

That's why Mike Fabian is on the CC list. ;-) I know he's very busy,
but he does personally have an interest in XEmacs. I trust him to
advocate a solution that balances the needs of XEmacs users like you
with interest of the rest of SuSE's stakeholders.

It's an inherent problem of the distributed development model used by
open source that distros like SuSE will find that features that they
need are not available in the publicly released versions of the
applications they combine into their system. Then they must make
compromises.
