warning: 'XKeycodeToKeysym' is deprecated
This warning has been around for a while. My installation of Ubuntu 13.04
seems to have finally removed it.
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=117210 talks about the
fix using XkbKeycodeToKeysym. Another possible fix is to use
http://tronche.com/gui/x/xlib/input/XGetKeyboardMapping.html.
I'm not sure which choice is the most portable, and has been around the
longest.
