RE: diff and cvs don't work in Xemacs on Windows XP
The app-paths in the registry should be set so that these appear in your
path.
The netinstaller is supposed to do this.

I've installed Xemacs for Windows, but revision control, diff and merge
don't work, even though I've installed the cygwin tools. They are in
c:\cygwin\. How can I make it work?
