Two issues remain, but those have been present forever:
'(patcher-keep-source-files nil)
does not kill buffers after sending the patch.

ChangeLog additions are sometimes inserted multiple times.
You'll have to be more precise on that point. Do you have a
reproducible scheme ?
It would be good to get this patcher version into a package soon,
since it's definitely an improvement.
I'm finishing with some other features suggested by SY, and we should
be ready quickly.
