You mean the order of each form within custom-set-variables/faces ?
This only thing that changed recently is my improvements on the custom
settings saving algorithm. But practically, this lead to calling
custom-save-all only once for all instead of once for each customization item.
So the ordering is not decided by me (or custom), it's the 'mapatoms call.
