I am sure I just missed the information somehow, but what is the login and
password needed to access the binaries? I tried using 'anonymous' and
'ftp',
but those did not work.
The XEmacs team are proud to announce the availability of a self installing
binary kit of XEmacs 21.1.6 for Microsoft Windows.
The kit is located at ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/binary-kits/win32/
and all the usual mirrors.
