bug in lazy-lock.el
lazy-lock-pre-idle-fontify-windows can change the current buffer -
which is a problem since it's run from pre-idle-hook and programs do
not expect buffer to change during that.
Below is an simple patch to the problem, but I do not know if there's
speed problems from it. Someone who knows the lazy-lock can tell that
immediately though.
