I don't know how my colleagues feel about it, but I for one am not
even going to think about looking at a bug if the report doesn't
explain how to reproduce it, or at least what the user was trying to
do. There are plenty of bugs that I do know how to reproduce, and
they definitely get priority. Even over a crash.
The more detail that is available, the sooner I will look at it.
It is preferable to use M-x report-xemacs-bug. If you are getting
crashes early enough that that is not available, it is often the case
that using -nw will still allow you to generate and edit the report if
the crash is in redisplay.
