Xpm, VC++, etc.
It took me quite a lot of effort to get XEmacs to compile under VC++ 7; I'm
surprised I haven't heard more complaints about this.
Anyway, one of the nastiest parts was recompiling Xpm. Xpm-3.4k has been
frozen for years. I suggest we just incorporate it into XEmacs as a
subdirectory, so that we can depend on it always being there. Comments?
