I'm just trying to load certain small text files (20-50 lines),
and I'm
finding
that font-locking is not completing unless I click several times back and
forth
outside the window and back in the window. Even with that, it's taking 10-20
seconds to load and view these files. Normally, on my 1ghz Athlon, this goes
much faster.
Can you try without sdesk?
