Update on BeOS / Haiku port

Though there is an issue with spawning make-docfile, it seems
allocation screws up in qxe_execve(), as arguments get overwritten
by environment vars:

It might be a bug in Haiku's alloca though, not sure yet.
XEmacs has its own implementation of alloca, I'm not sure how this
works (Ben did it). Maybe you can plug that in instead.
