Amendment to last batch of update packages

I fubar'd :-( w3-1.19-pkg.tar.gz in Pre-Releases won't work because there is no stylesheet. There is a new package (w3-1.20-pkg.tar.gz) currently on its way to /ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/xemacs/beta/experimental/packages/ It'll be there in a few minutes.
