I think the consensus is:
- syntax table caching
and that's it now (bar syncing the windows branch with the trunk).
I'm a big fan of making sure all the Windows fixes are in a stable
21.4, but if this is going to delay stability, it doesn't have to gate
declaring 21.4 stable. I would be happy to work through the windows
branch changes as part of the first couple of stable 21.4 releases.
The syntax table is a different matter entirely, of course.
